To renew your certification, all required training documentation must be received and processed before your existing certification expires!
To stay on top of your certification renewal, follow these steps:
- Plan to complete all training requirements at least three weeks before your existing certification expires.
- Submit documentation immediately after your complete a training
- If you wait to submit, don’t wait too long. Submit all required training documentation at least 12 business days prior to expiration.
