As a Pro-ACT In-service Instructor you are part of a select group. You are more than just a trainer; you’re a professional, and Pro-ACT, Inc. asks you to be the best professional you can be. We challenge you to acknowledge and meet the needs of your clients while encouraging and mentoring your colleagues and team members. It may seem like a lot, but we are here to help.
Now that you’ve successfully completed your training, your next step is logging into the special In-service Instructor portal. Once there, you can download training materials, upload renewal documentation, and gain support information to assist you in your training. In just a short while, the In-service Instructor portal will also allow you to track your submitted documentation and check your renewal status.
In contemplating your role as an In-service Instructor and the work that you can do to promote the Pro-ACT mission of dignity and respect, know that it is our goal to provide you with the support you need to do the best job you can do. We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to audit a regularly scheduled training class. This is a no-cost way to revisit Principles and review your understanding. You can arrange to audit with a simple telephone call or email. And of course you are always welcome to attend an In-service Instructor Roundtable. These informal meetings offer an easy opportunity to share with other Instructors.
