Certification is dependent upon the criteria outlined above and the assessment and evaluation of the Pro-ACT, Inc. Instructor and given at their discretion. Certification is not simply a function of attendance. Participants who arrive late or leave early at any time during the training day or otherwise do not meet the criteria outlined above may be dismissed from class without certification or refund.
