Two e-Learning courses work to meet your training needs.
1. Pro-ACT Advantage e-Learning. A de-escalation training for clinical, educational, and social service workplaces. This flexible, electronic learning program takes approximately 3 hours to complete and can be used as:
- a stand-alone training for employees who would benefit from basic Pro-ACT information but do not require certification.
- part of hybrid training for employees requiring certification. Pro-ACT Advantage replaces the first 7 hours of Pro-ACT certification training. Learners complete their Pro-ACT certification by following Advantage e-Learning with 7 hours of classroom learning.
2. OPTIONS 553 e-Learning. A Workplace Violence Prevention training suitable for any work environment, this flexible, 90-minute online choice:
- meets the annual training requirements of California’s Workplace Violence Prevention training (CA SB 553)
- complies with OSHA’s workplace violence prevention recommendations
- costs just $9 per person
