Remote Roundtable – Answering Questions about Transitioning to Pro-ACT 2022

Anytime there are changes, there are questions. With the release of the Pro-ACT training 2022 edition, In-service Instructors have asked for insight and ideas. They want to know: Why are changes made? Are employees trained in an earlier versions still certified? What is the best way to communicate the change to employees? Is there a timeframe for the transition?
