Professional Assault Crisis Training
OPTIONS 553 is a half-day / 3.5-hour workshop that provides an overview of employer responsibilities for protecting employees from workplace violence; definitions of workplace violence, risk factors, and related terms in OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and California Senate Bill 553; and strategies for avoiding physical harm.
This 4-hour workshop will provide participants with practical tools and strategies for improving cultural competence. The workshop begins by defining relevant terms and concepts including culture, cultural identity, intersectionality, and marginalization.
