Professional Assault Crisis Training
This livestream, 6-hour workshop provides parents and caregivers with practical, trauma-informed strategies to recognize and respond to their children’s dangerous behavior. Using the crisis cycle as a framework, this workshop guides participants through each phase from a triggering incident and escalation through recovery and reconnection. Participants develop personalized observation, self-regulation/self-control, and crisis response strategies to prevent and de-escalate potentially dangerous behaviors. Through scenario-based activities and discussion, parents and caregivers will increase confidence in anticipating and identifying triggering incidents and choosing responses that prioritize safety for the parent and child.
