Assertive communication is a great way to avoid the Power Struggle. Take part in this discussion that explores how staff can work with clients by offering reasonable choices in lieu of making demands.
Each of the upcoming Remote Roundtable Discussions will focus on a specific topic while leaving plenty of time for open discussion and Q&A. Sessions are scheduled for one hour, but you are welcome to drop in late or leave early. If more time is needed, facilitators will be happy to give you additional time.
