Pro-ACT Options is a 1-day / 7-hour workshop that provides strategies for preventing and de-escalating dangerous behaviors. The intent of this workshop is to provide participants with insight and information that will help them to:
• Identify and use strategies for professional and workplace preparation to prevent/minimize the occurrence of dangerous behaviors at work.
• Identify and use strategies for identifying triggers and offering alternatives to de-escalate potentially dangerous behaviors at work.
