Pro-ACT Strategies for De-escalation (Pacific Time)

This workshop is specifically intended for individuals who are not Pro-ACT certified but want to expand their understanding of the motivation for crisis and to learn and practice some basic de-escalation strategies. The workshop will include active practice and interaction.
