Training Module – Building a Culture of Purpose & Professionalism

This interactive workshop provides participants with insight into and opportunities to reflect on how an organizations Purpose and staff Professionalism impact client and staff safety. Participants will explore whether their organizations practices align with its stated Purpose and discuss how motivation, mood, and attitude influence workplace culture, risk, and safety outcomes. Through scenario-based activities and discussion, participants will identify how they can alter their professional practice and potentially influence the organization to reduce risk and increase safety for clients and staff.
