Training Module – Trauma-informed Measures for Addressing Assault

This livestream workshop is designed to provide staff with practical tools to recognize and respond to general and specific indicators of client escalation. Participants will learn how to use knowledge of clients along with active and intentional observation to detect subtle changes in behavior and take precautions to reduce the risk of physical harm.
