Workshop – Supervising to the Principles

This interactive workshop equips supervisors in social services with practical tools for applying the Pro-ACT Principles in everyday staff supervision. Participants will explore how Pro-ACT Principle application can strengthen individual and team preparation, minimize client escalation and assault, and encourage staff self-assessment. Through scenarios and guided discussion, participants will explore creating supervisory spaces and practices that improve staff and client safety.
